What We Are Offering

New Hope Medical Center is currently offering patient evaluations for medical marijuana for an introductory price of $100!

Qualified individuals will receive a physician's recommendation to use medical marijuana legally in the state of California. We have 24hr online verification and will soon offer 24hr phone verification.

Qualifications For Patients

Medical marijuana is used to treat a variety of medical conditions. Some of these conditions include but are not limited to: Chronic Pain, Migraine Headache, Cancer, Glaucoma, Arthritis, Insomnia, Depression, Anxiety, high blood pressure, back pain, sciatica, muscle spasm, HIV/AIDS, Nausea, Anorexia, Eating Disorders, PMS, PTSD, sports injuries and much more!

What To Bring To Your Appointment

Please bring in your California ID or proof of residency in California and a picture ID. Bring in a one time fee of $100 (cash only please). Lastly, please bring in some form of medical records. This can be in the form of a progress note from a medical provider including chiropractor, physical therapy, or acupuncture notes. Written prescriptions or the prescription bottles themselves also qualify, as do radiology studies such as xrays, MRIs, and CT/CAT scans. Legal documents such as medical bills, disability forms, and letters also qualify.

If you do not have medical records, you may still get a physician's recommendation, but this decision is to made at the time of your evaluation. In some cases, a temporary recommendation may be issued until medical records are provided.

About Alternative Medicine

In 1996 the people of California passed proposition 215. The Compassionate Use Act of 1996 establishes that California physicians and patients who follow certain guidelines in recommending or approving the medical use of marijuana are immune from sanction or criminal prosecution.

Dr. Tran has more to offer patients than your typical medical marijuana doctor. We are a Medical Marijuana Center and care for all our patient's healthcare needs in one office!

Location

New Hope Medical Center is located in the Eastside Plaza on Anaheim Street between Redondo Ave. and Termino Ave. We have a beautiful office which offers patients a welcoming, professional, and private environment. Our office has a private parking lot and is wheelchair-accessible.
